Tomato Avocado Salsa

Tomato Avocado Salsa


Ingredients:

3       - cup finely chopped tomatoes
1       - cup finely chopped avocado
1/4    - cup finely chopped purple onion
1/4    - cup lime juice
1       - jalapeno pepper, seeded and finely chopped
1       - tablespoon fresh cilantro, minced
1       - clove garlic, minced
1/4    - teaspoon salt


Procedure:

Step 1
- Combine all ingredients in a large bowl, cover and chill. Serve with fish or chicken.

Yield: 4 cups
