Fiesta Onion Salsa

Fiesta Onion Salsa

Ingredients:

1      - cup chopped sweet onions
3/4   - cup chopped tomato
3      - tablespoons sliced ripe olives
1      - (4.5-ounce) can chopped green chiles, drained
2      - tablespoons white wine vinegar
1/4   - teaspoon salt
1/8   - teaspoon pepper
1/8   - teaspoon ground cumin
1/4   - teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/8   - teaspoon hot sauce


Procedure:

Step 1
- Combine all ingredients; cover and chill at least 2 hours. Serve with vegetables, fish, chicken, or tortilla chips.

Yield: 2 cups
