Teriyaki Glaze

Japanese "Hambaaga" with Teriyaki Glaze


Ingredients:

1/4     - cup unsweetened pineapple juice
1/4     - cup reduced-sodium soy sauce
1/4     - cup dry sherry*
2        - tablespoons brown sugar
2        - teaspoons cornstarch
1        - teaspoon ground ginger
1        - clove garlic, minced


Procedure:

Step 1
- Combine ingredients in a saucepan

Step2 
- Bring to a boil, reduce heat, and cook 1 minute, stirring constantly, until thickened, Serve over chicken fish

Yield: 3/4 cup
