Red Cabbage Citrus Salad

Red Cabbage Citrus Salad


2     - cups shredded red cabbage
4     - large oranges, peeled and sectioned
1/2  - cup coarsely chopped pecans, toasted
1/4  - cup chopped green onions
       - Commercial poppy seed salad dressing or sweet-and-sour salad dressing..


Step 1:
 - Arrange cabbage evenly on individual salad plates; place orange section in center. Sprinkle with pecans and green onions. Serve with dressing.

Yield: 4 to 6 servings.
