Breakfast on a Bagel |
2 - plain bagels, split and toasted
4 - (1-ounce) slices Canadian bacon
4 - (1/2-inch-thick) tomato slices
1/2 - cup (2-ounces) shredded reduced-fat Cheddar cheese
Procedure:
Step 1
- Place bagel halves, cut side up, on a baking sheet; layer each with Canadian bacon, a tomato slice, and 2 tablespoons shredded cheese.
Step 2
- Broil 3 inches from heat (with electric oven door partially opened) 1 to 2 minutes or until cheese melts.
Yield: 4 servings
