|Peanut Butter-Fruit Pizza|
1 - (20-ounce) package refridgerated sliceable peanut butter cookie dough
1 - (8-ounce) container cream cheese with pineappple
1 - (5.4-ounce) package dried fruit snack mix
1/2 - cup flaked coconut
1 1/2 - cups miniature marshmallows
- Press cookie dough evenly into an ungreased 12-inch pizza pan.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 22 minutes or until done. Cool 5 minutes.
- Spread crust gently with cream cheese, and sprinkle with fruit mix, coconut, and marshmallows.
- Bake 8 additional minutes or until marshmallows are lightly browned. Cool on a wire rack.
Yield: 1 (12-inch) pizza
