Shrimp Fettuccine |
Ingredients:
1 1/2 - pounds unpeeled, medium-size fresh shrimp
1 - cup sliced green onions
1 - clove garlic, minced
- Vegetable cooking spray
2 - tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
1 - recipe Alfredo Sauce (see recipe)
1 - (12-ounce) package fettuccine, cooked without salt or fat
Procedure:
Step 1
- Peel and devein shrimp, set aside
Step 2
- Cook green onions and garlic in a large nonstick skillet coated with cooking spray over medium heat, stirring constantly, 1 minute
Step 3
- Add shrimp, cook, stirring constantly, until shrimp turn pink
Step 4
- Stir in parsley and Alfredo Sauce, add fettuccine, and toss gently. Serve immediately
