Mixed Fruit Cup

Mixed Fruit Cup


Ingredients:

1       - (11-ounce) can mandarin oranges, drained
1       - Red Delicious apple, finely chopped
1       - cup golden raisins
2/3    - cup pitted prunes, cut into quarters (14-prunes)
1/2    - cup dried apricot halves, cut into quarters (14-halves)
1/3    - cup orange juice
1/4    - cup apricot brandy (optional)
1/4    - cup honey
2       - tablespoons lemon juice
1/4    - teaspoon ground cinnamon


Procedure:

Step 1
- Combine first 5 ingredients in a medium bowl, set aside

Step 2
- Combine orange juice and remaining ingredients, pour over fruit. Cover and refrigerate 8 hours.

Yeild: 6 to 8 servings
